75% of my skin was burnt off in a terrible fire. My best friend will donate skin for grafting but she has exima. What should I do?

Hi my Girlfriend has eczema, it is not caused by the skin itself, it is a reaction like an allergy. There are many causes of eczema but the skin is not the problem, I say it is a wonderful gift and you could use it.
