Skin whitening..?

If you use skin whitening lotion, are the results permanent? What is the best, most inexpensive skin whitening lotion for someone on the East coast of the USA? [I put that there because I don't want brands that are like only in CA, where I can't get them.] If you have any tips or helpful hints on skin whitening [other then the obvious wear covering clothing and SPF] please leave "answers". Thank you so much.

OK, first of all skin whitening is not good for your skin because you can damage your skin cells and your skin or you can get cancer(but that's my opinion). But if you want good skin products who should use skin energizer it is good for stretch marks,scars,and rips for the skin (it is much better than using an skin whitener). In reality, the skin whitening soap does not actually "whiten" the skin...for some, it may, but for most, it evens out blemishes from pimples scars and other skin blemishes...just the general consensus among my doctor friends that are in the cosmetic industry in southeast asia. Report It

Reply:There aren't many good inexpensive whitening brands, but if you are willing to spend a few extra bucks, head to the shiseido booth. Ask for the UV white or the new product that "replaced" it.
