Hey..
In the past 2 days my skin has gone rash, dry, and feel the burning sensation everytime I wash it,the skin around my eyes also gone dry.And every morning i wake up,my eyes look swallen/puffy but it doesn't hurt/irritate/red or anything.I have some acne as well but this rash skin appears long after the acne.
Note: I sleep 8 hours and drink heaps of water.
I've never had this experience before,I'm suspecting the facial wash that i just bought recently doesn't suit my skin,im not sure..
Anybody please give me some opinions/suggestions/advices about this? Could it be one of those type of skin disease?

If your skin is getting a rash and your eyes are swollen and puffy it is more than likely a reaction to your new cleanser. Stop using the cleanser immediatly and go to your nearest drug store and buy some Cetaphil wash and lotion. Use these twice a day. These are very gentle for sensitive skin. Your skin may take a week or so to calm down from the allergies.

i think you should go see a doctor or a dermatologist
Reply:It sounds more like an allergic reaction. Probably to the new facial wash. DC the new product and see if it clears up in a couple of days. If not, you might go see the doc.
Good luck to you.
Reply:Yes, it sounds like an allergy to your facial wash or your make-up. Switch to Purpose or Cetaphil soap. My dermatologist recommended them to me.
Reply:Relax. It is not a disease. You are having an allergic reaction.
Take some oral benedryl first thing.
Change back to your old facial wash, put the new one away for awhile.
Is it only your face? If so, I would put another suspect mark next to the new face wash.
If it is also other parts of your body, have you recently changed detergent you use on your clothes?
Have you changed bath soap?
Anything new you are using, stop, at least for now. Wait a week. If it clears up, you will know that was the cause.
No need to run to the doctor unless it gets worse after you have stopped using any new products.
Good luck!
Reply:It could be that facial wash. stop using for at least
1 week, to check if thats why you having the skin problem.
Reply:I always look at what it is that I have done differently in the past week or more. Sounds like maybe you need to just stop using your new cleanser and go back to whatever you used before. Or buy something fragrance-free, for sensitive skin, or whatever.
