Sorry, no way to change your skin color except makeup. My best advice would be to just learn to be comfortable with what you have, and love yourself.

ur probably old. thats why u have the vein things stickin out. u probably cant get rid of it. seeing a doctor and him prescribing u sumthin is the best way to fix it. good luck hun =]
