What should i use on my skin?

I have VERY sensitive skin and i have some acne too. I have been using the clean and clear acne astringent thingy but it made my Skin VERY dry and flaky and even tired-looking and did not get rid of my acne. I have heard st.ives scrubs are good ,but will they be too harsh on my skin? do they have a sensitive skin formula? will it harshly dry out my skin? If so, what other products can i use? i heard ''The Body Shop'' has some good cleansers for acne, Are there anyones u recommend? thanks and please tell me what u reccomend for my skin type. Thanks for taking time to answer my question!!

I also have sensitive skin I've been using the aveeno clear complexion facial soap and lotion. It did dry my face a lil when i started using it so now i use it every other day instead of daily it seems to clear up my acne as well. Try drinking more water and don't wash your face too frequent! I also use the St Ives apricot scrub it is very good! No its not too harsh on your face just use it once a week you will be amazed to see what your face looks like after! Good luck

St. Ives makes great scrubs and face washes for sensitive and dry skins. If you use the scrub, don't rub it into your skin too much, and don't use it too often. I think they make a great sensitive skin face cleanser. Also try a face lotion for sensitive skin and acne in one. I think Clean and Clear makes one for that. Also Mary Kay's Velocity products would work well. They help your skin clear, but aren't harsh at all. It's a little more expensive, but its worth it. Maybe $10-$12 each for the face wash and face lotion.
Reply:usually acne products dry out your skin helping to clear the acne. If you use any kind of scrub, just make sure to put on daily moisturizer

i go to the determatologist and get pills and face wash.


but if your skin is dried out you can get some lotion called CeraVe mosturizing cream. it works really great and clears up redness and dry patches,


you can get it at a local store. like walgreens or riteaid. stores like that.


as far as acne, goes theres a soap called basil if you dont want to spend alot and its works pretty good, you can also find it at walgreens or riteaid.
