Teenager's skin?

I'm a teenager, and I'm trying to deal with acne. I tried using clearasil ultra, but it just makes my skin oilier. I don't have much money to spent on skin products. Does anybody have some tips about how I can care for/clear up my skin? Are there any foods that help with this too?

My friend with really bad acne uses Proactiv, and it really helped him. He also takes additional vitamin a supplements, and vitamin b, and drinks a lot of water. I hope this helps!

Proactiv FTW!
Reply:Try putting toothpaste on your zits...it'll dry them up so that you can pop them.
Reply:two words : zinc deficiency
Reply:eat loads of fruit and veg. drink loads of water and get enough sleep. also, u need to find a face wash that doesnt irritate ur skin and stick to it. make sure u are not using body moisturiser on ur face as it may be too oily. u may also want to consult a dermatologist.
Reply:I went on a birth control that helps clear up acne. It is not as expensive as Proactiv (which did not work the best for me) but you need to get a prescription. Unfortunately, acne is hormonal so in might just be in your genes. Visit with your doctor to see what medicine you can use to help clear up your skin.
