Redish slightly itchy skin with few spots appearing?

my spots went and now they coming back today my skin felt itcy and mum said it luks like a rash type thingy but its not a rash...im guessing its cos i changed my skin cleansing productsd and the one i had said it could be bad for sensitive skin...could this be the reason?


also what else cna i do through my diet to help clear skin.......[ i do eat alot of white carbs]

Warm water will open all your pores for cleansing use a mild soap to cleanse infected area. make sure you aren't using anything with perfumes/or a high alcohol content. rinse with cooler water this closes the pores after cleansing. DO NOT continuously try to clear it up by repeat washes to much irritates, and drys out all your natural oils. these oils/enzymes are needed to fight the issue. apply a facial astringent (stuff that is like alcohol it kinda burns a bit ) but if skin is broken don't apply it will burn! this makes sure all pores are not only closed but are completely free of pore clogging diets n oils. If your skin is dried out apply a small amount of FACE lotion with SPF as needed. Make sure you keep in mind heat opens pores to germs, bacteria and fungus and one leads to another fungus being contagious and only a physician can accurately treat. With that in mind stay out of direct sunlight until condition betters to your standards drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated and don't scrub your face you end up scrubbing off the new layers of skin that are healing your rash. I'm a Cosmetologist and a little trick to my trade is Paul Mitchells awapuii leave in conditioner its for hair AND SKIN...the awapuii ingredient protects your skin from harmful UV rays acts as an SPF and moisturizer and some....It sounds crazy but I'm sure you've heard of crazier we all have, I would definitely recommend trying it out

Reply:It sounds like a slight case of exzema.........my daugther developed it when she was about 3 months old, she is now 17yrs old.. If you have sensitive skin then you should not use anything that contains fragrance. People with sensitive skin %26amp;/or allergies will see areas of dry itchy skin if they use harsh or fragranted products/or come in contact with allergenic items. Buy some hydrocortizone at the drug store this will control the eczema. YOU MUST USE SOME TYPE OF NON FRAGRANT _ HYPO-ALERGENIC LOTION EVERYDAY TO KEEP FROM GETTING THESE ITCHY SPOTS.The terms eczema or dermatitis are used to describe certain kinds of inflamed skin conditions including allergic contact dermatitis and nummular dermatitis. Eczema can be red, blistering, oozing, scaly, brownish, or thickened skin and usually itches. A special type is called atopic dermatitis or atopic eczema.
