I have a pretty big pimple just under my nose. After putting some acne spot-treatment to help dry the pimple, the area around it became COMPLETELY dry. The pimple is still as big as it was. The skin around it looked like it could be peeled, so I peeled it. It bled a little, and after it stopped, I put neosporin on the peeled skin. Will this help? And what should I do to get the pimple to go away, but not make the skin dryer?! THANKSS!

Reply:What youcould do is get a warm cloth(warm from water)a hot as you can stand it. Place this on it for a few, it might sting some but it will bring it to a head. The pimple will turn white, a few more times it could bust open and all inside drain out. Keep putting it on until it appears all the puss with in is gone then apply some neo on it. It might be a little painful for a spell but try and keep it clean and it will soon go away. Good luck.
Reply:That is because it is healing. The skin that is old is removing itself and new skin is taking its place... didnt u hear in school every 28 days we shed our skin for a new layer... a duhhhh...
