I'm trying to get rid of stress but please! Help me! ANY tip will help, no matter how big or small it is I will do it.. if that will help my skin =).

Flawless skin?
Sometimes flawless skin is just Genetic. Some people have great skin, others can try everything in the book and it won't help. But maybe you should use another kind of face wash. My face is very oily (thanks to my Ginny side) i use stride x with alcohol. It drys my face enough so i don't get blackheads.
Reply:Dont scrub your face to hard.

Remeber to use a moisturizer after washing your face so it stays hydrated.

If you constantly pick or touch your face stop that habit because your hands hold the most germs.
Reply:drink tons of water, use 25 spf sunscreen daily, and try to get regular facials.

if you get a zit, don't pick at it. try to avoid coffee, cigarettes. get plenty of sleep, and try not to sleep on your face.
Reply:i used to have really icky skin i had break outs all the time.

i tryed so many prducts and literaly none of them worked.

so my dad baught me proactive and it worked amazingly i mean sure i still get break outs but its like 1 pimple.

Edit: it has 3 steps. and the final one is a moisterizer

try not to use things with alchohol cause u dont wanna dry out ur skin cause it makes u look older. Umm i dont really tthink theres much of anything else.

oh! i seen this on TV it might help get really Hot water in a bowl and hover ur head over with a towel over ur head and the the bowl as if u were getting a steam bath for ur face. (wash it after this if u want) which should help open ur pores and clean them than soak ur face in ice water closing ur pores
Reply:omg water is clearing up my acne. so weird but true.
Reply:First off, don't overwash, overwashing could dry out your skin and make your problem worse. I'd only wash your face once a day.

In the morning, just throw some water on it and pat dry if anything.

Try not to touch your face during the day, and when you get home pull your hair back out of your face [the grease on your hair will clog your pores]

At night, use a very very very soft foaming face wash [I use Neutragenia (can't spell) infig. foam wash] and what would be even better is if you used something like the wave when you do it. What I do is put some of the foaming wash [a squirt] on the wave and then lightly move it around my face for 30 seconds or so. Also, you should try to do this in the shower, because it competly washes the face wash off, as instead of doing it in your sink or whatever where you usually don't get everything off. Use moisturizer after you get out of the shower. Then use an acne cream on only the problem areas, nowhere else or it will dry out skin. Use a product like oxy clear, or if your willing to spend a bit more money, clinique sells this stuff [it's a different brand, but you can find it on the clinique website] that's called like ZAP! or something corny like that, and it's amazing.

Then, once a week use a mask or a deeper cleanser with scrubbing beads, but only one or the other once a week or you will be overwashing it.

Besides that...coverup and concelear always works when you need it, it's a beast at covering stuff up.

Hope I helped.

Reply:all natural soap is very good. It heals, makes your skin healthy, clears clogged pores and kills bacteria just like the other stuff, but is much more healthy for you! It doesn't create redness or dryness like others. Avoid things with alcohol too. All natural is always best. No harmful chemicals are being absorbed into your blood stream!

Eat right! B vitamins and vitamin A are wonderful for your skin! Omega fatty acids are god to take. If you have acne I would take Fish oil capsules, most manfuactures have made them so they dont have an after taste. Fish oil just has omega-3, other omega acids could potentially cause acne flare up in people who are pimple-prone. This isn't 100% proven however.

For great skin Alpha lipoic acid, coffee berry, and green tea are good supplements to take. They protect your skin from free radicals ( like the sun can cause)!!

Sun protection is VERY important if you want pretty skin too. Sunscreen with zinc oxide is the best. I don't really think chemical sunscreens are that safe. Also make sure your skin products are paraben free! Some are saying this can cause cancer, but not alot of study has went into this, as parabens have been used for such a long time.

if you have acne: dont use favric softener sheets. They leave a waxy substance on your pillow case and such which can clog some peoples pores! Also hair styling products can cause clogged pores.

Yoga is a good stress relieving method, or I would also recommend aromatherapy! Lavenda oil in your bath is very relaxing. I like to go for walks when I'm stressed out, it really helps!People will pets also have reduced stress and are less likely to die of a heart attack, studies have shown. So it's the perfect excuse to get a pet if you dont have one.

Hope this helps! I'm becoming a HUGE fan of natural products, they are better against my acne, and my skin is really soft and smoother looking.
Reply:First of all I would need to know what you concerns are? Spots, breakout? Use a cleanser appropriate for your skin type, tone and moisture with AHA and BHA (alpha and beta hydroxy acids) will clear up uneven skin or blemish's. Good brands are Clarins, Aloette or Mary Kay which is also fragrance free.

Use a light reflecting foundation, such as mineral makeup. Gives a flawless finish.
Reply:You are right! Exfoliate everyday...Try Exfoliate Me by Mango Madness Skincare which I bought on Amazon. It has 10% Glycolic and works great as a daily exfoliator.
Reply:keep it simple......remember if ur skin is under 35, the only thing it needs is protection from sun during the day time, at night, leave it alone, don't put anything and let ur cells regenerate on their own .........dont know if it helps, but i tried everything out there...glycolic acid, microdermabrasion, blah blah..u name it, i tried it....and then i realized that it only made my skin worse....i would recommend brands like Origins ( I love the cream Youthopia, really cleared up my skin), their products are very high in antioxidants and they contain minimum amount of harsh chemicals...
Reply:To care for normal skin you should start with a gentle foaming facial wash. Massaging it into your face will give you a rosy complexion. Cool your skin with a refreshing toner, and massage it with your fingers in light upward strokes.check out http://tipsfromruby-skincare.blogspot.co...
Reply:good skin is helped by a balanced diet including alot of vitamins that are anti-oxidants and fight free radicals like uv rays from the sun. Doing this and applying good skin care products that are right for your skin type will help immensly.
