Reply:First STOP using commercial skin care! GO ORGANIC or NATURAL. Start with a really deep exfoliation treatment. If the discoloration is only a few layers of epidermis(skin) layers thin, then a few treatments should clear it up. Then I would suggest ORGANIC soap or other products. I had roseacea (red blemishes on the cheeks) until I started using TEA TREE OIL organic soap from: www.SANDYCREEKSOAP.etsy.com ($2.50 a bar). It cleared it up in like a week.... and this was something I battled with for YEARS!!!! You want/need HANDMADE or hand-milled soap made the old fashion way. If not them, then someone else who sells handmade organic. Their soaps have GLYCERIN in them(a natural moisture retainer). In STORE bought soap glycerin is sold for profit and replaced with a chemical called sodium lauryl sulfate to add lather which is listed in the encyclopedia as a skin IRRITANT. This chemical is found in 98% of ALL STORE bought soaps. READ THE BACK! (Even the ones claiming to be natural). BUT (and I鈥檓 not trying to sell you on them) THESE soaps are organic, natural AND eco friendly. Matter of fact they say they use recycled packaging for shipping (which is like a dollar fifty). If you are on short notice ask for faster shipping. And best of all they are CHEAP! Most eco friendly products are so expensive you can鈥檛 AFFORD to save the world. Hope this helped...
Reply:I think it鈥檚 important to really understand the causes of you dark circles before trying to treat the dark circles. My friend has serious dark circles and her dark circles are improving by following the information provided by http://www.darkcirclesundereyescure.com

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:

Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water %26amp; stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath %26amp; let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off. Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K %26amp; Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

To hide dark circles, you can use YSL concealer or salmon concealer.
