On Dr. Phil , one guy weighed over 700 lbs. Imagine the skin left hanging if he got his weight down to 250. The only option for him would be surgury. My question? can the body absorb some skin over time?
Excess skin absorbsion. Can the body absorb exccess skin from previously obese people?How much? How fast?
The body does not "absorb" extra skin and tissue. The skin is quite elatic and often will return to it's natural size with moderate weight loss, but in extreme cases, the only answer is surgery.
