Skin regimen for a 14 yr old?
probably not, the scub should exfoliate and get rid of dry flakes just be sure to get an oil free mouisterizer (Nutrogena ha a good one)
Reply:Proactiv is the best. Washing your face with it morning and night really helps, and it truly gets rid of all acne on your face if you stick to it and use it.
Reply:Go to Acne.org

And try dans regimen.

it really works!

Thats what got me back on track with my social life.

Please take a look!

Dont try scrubs!

they will make him break out more.
Reply:i use this on my blemishes all the time and they clear up in about 2-4 days. its awsome, natural , and affordable. its aloe vera gel. it won't dry out your skin and it is FULL of moisture. ever wonder why people put Aloe Vera on sunburns? the sun takes away moisture and the Aloe restores it. I hope I helped! i use the apricot scrud and im fine just remember don't ram it into your skin. be gentle, your face is very sensitive.
Reply:I would tell you to buy Cetaphil products, very gentle yet extremely good at cleansing, but also, buy the Neutrogena toner (oil free) to use after you cleanse with Cetaphil and then follow the toner with the Cetaphil moisturizer but go light on that, a little goes a long way.

Cetaphil by the way is dermatologist recommended, fragrance and oil free!
Reply:For you the Apricot Scrub would probably be a good thing. It has really good nutrients and such in it, which will help to hydrate your skin, just make sure you aren't too rough with it, and don't use it too frequently, it may result in dryness.
Reply:I have this wonderful product, it's called oxy lotion. There is no scrubbing needed and you use the littlest amount needed. The size you use is only about the size of 1/4 of an m%26amp;m. my skin is just like yours and my acne started to go away in one night! it works sooo well, you really should try it because it is inexpensive and lasts for years believe it or not.

It is also a cream so it isn't rough or high maintenance, i love it soo much.
Reply:Since you have sensitive dry skin DON'T USE ST. IVES!!! They use crushed walnut shells with sharp edges. Use an exfoliator with "beads". They are round and won't be too harsh on your skin. Exfloiate every 2-3 days, not every day. Invest in a REALLY good moisturizer, (I'm thing nordstrom, not walmart). It will be non-acnegenic (won't cause zits) and will make a world of difference on your skin. Moisturize RIGHT after washing your face to help lock in the water. Good luck!
Reply:Try the Aveno complection soap bar...It clears up blemishes real good. You can get it at most grocery stores or Wal-mart / Target...It's about $4 - $5. It worked for me and my girlfriend, it will work for you ;)
