White skin?

How could I make my skin lighter. With out chemicals. I stay inside alot an I still can't get my skin lighter. Is there anything besides damaging my skin to make it lighter. With out makeup to..

Without using chemicals, I don't think you can really go lighter, just not get darker by avoiding sun exposure and wearing a high SPF when going out.

If you're ok w/ using a cream, try products w/ either kojic acid or hydroquinone in it. They help lighten pigmentation, but they're not going to make dark skin white.

Go to a pharmacy and go to the skin care aisle. There is a creme that you can rub onto your skin that lightens it up safely.

I've actually considered using it to lighten up my freckles, but it would mess up my tan.

Should be near the skin lotions and such. Good luck!
Reply:well... thats hard mabe thats just your skin color .... srry that i couldent help!
Reply:It depends on your current shade.

For reference, just a little trick, Look at a baby picture. This is the absolutely lightest your skin can get without chemical alterations.

As far as getting the skin back to that lightness, you will either need to not expose yourself to the sun for long bouts of time, or wear an SPF 75 when exposed to the sun.

There is another More radical option, but some say it looks bizarre. You can wear "raps" when going out, and whenever you are exposed to the sun. Raps are basically long black strips of gauze that you wind around the face, arms, and other naked parts of the body that would be otherwise exposed to the sun during outings.

Some natural exfoliates can clean some melanin out of the skin and make the skin look lighter, and there are some natural skin brighteners, which make the skin look more white.
